We are seeking to specialize in providing affordable budget weddings to match your wishes and budget. So, we can design different packages from the most basic to the more luxurious. We can of course devise a more specialized tailor-made marriage package to meet individual wishes; if you feel you would like even more pampering then look at our Optional extras page and if you don’t find it, we will create it for you! So, whatever you have in mind, we are here to help you to turn your event into a ‘Romantic wedding on Crete’.

From the engagement to the civil ceremony, the religious marriage or the reception we can help you plan and arrange it all. Even, if all you want is a romantic setting for the engagement, we can help set the scene. So, as your wedding planners, we will help you to organise your ideas and paperwork before you leave your home country. We will ensure that all of your paperwork has been organized and verified when you are here with us and we will send on your paperwork to you, usually within six weeks after your marriage. We will pay attention to every detail of your own tailor-made package, leaving you free to enjoy your romantic moments in the sun!

A. Engagements:

We can suggest possible natural settings for you to 'pop' the question, as well as creating the atmosphere through musical accompaniment and any celebrations to follow.

B. What We Offer for The Civil ceremony

• Placing the Newspaper announcement
• Booking the actual wedding date and time with the civil authorities for the civil marriage.
• The fees for the registrar at the town hall (weekdays only)
• Two witnesses for the Civil Ceremony
• Organizing Greek paperwork with the local authorities, which includes obtaining licenses and legal paperwork and the translation of the marriage certificate including the apostolic stamp into English.
• Attending the Civil Ceremony with you and translating the proceedings and checking that all of the paperwork is correct in order for the marriage certificate to be issued.
• A copy of the Greek Civil ceremony in English
• We will organize and obtaining the civil license for you and ensure the legalization of your certificate which we will send on to after the wedding by courier.
• The order of service, music, readings, personal vows and exchange of rings for a civil ceremony outside a chapel
• Flowers: Bride’s bouquet and Groom’s flower button
• A celebratory bottle of champagne for the Bride and Groom
• Soft drinks after the wedding ceremony
• Arranging the reception after the Wedding Ceremony at a Taverna. (Please note that this is only the reservation booking for the Taverna on your behalf, anything else is an Optional Extra)

C. What We Offer for The Religious Ceremony

If you would like us to, we could book and arrange your religious service. We can arrange for the floral decoration, music, discuss possible readings and personal exchanges. We can meet and organize your different different denominational religious services for you, depending on your particular beliefs, from Orthodox, Roman Catholic, to Protestant or Anglican.

We can combine the religious service with possible settings and locations in line with your wishes. So, from being married in a private villa, hotel or private location to a specific location of your choice. We are here to help you to plan a wedding in accordance to your budget and wishes! D. Wedding Blessings and Vow Renewals

If you are already married and would like to celebrate a special anniversary by showing the love of your life how much you care then we can organise the setting and celebrations to follow. Or if you would like to have your marriage blessed with a church ceremony now with friends and family around you why not come to a beautiful Mediterranean island and reaffirm your love? We can give ideas and advice as to how best it should be done.

 

E. What We Offer for the Reception

If you choose us to arrange and organise your reception then we can not only book the taverna but discuss possible sample menus, wedding cakes, wine lists, and musical entertainment. It may even be possible for you to sit under the stars and have your dinner on the beach as ever the choice is yours.

To give you a basic idea of a typical Cretan reception it is usual to find a three course meal. Firstly, a cold plate of small mixed appetizers (e.g. stuffed vine leaves, cheese pies, meatballs, Cretan cheese, salad, olives) followed by a second course of roast lamb/pork with potatoes, usually with a Greek salad. Then the third course is a desert of ice cream and/or fresh fruit. Choices for vegetarians are available and there is a selection of menus to choose from.

So, while your pictures are being developed and you recover from a glorious reception we can also arrange for a private guided tour for you and your guests around the famous Cretan sites.
