To us, it’s not important if you are on a budget and want to keep it simple or if you demand the height of luxury; we will do our best to make your ‘Romantic Wedding On Crete’, a day to remember!

Our philosophy is very simple to create a business associated primarily with tourists and secondarily around the concept of an organized and detailed approach to allow couples in love to be married in fabulous locations in a relaxed and friendly environment. There are many wedding planning services to choose from but with Margarita and John the attention is upon the individual couple enjoying not only their day but also their honeymoon and also their holiday on Crete. With ‘Romantic Weddings on Crete’, we are trying to build up a happy and satisfied cliental. So, we regard ourselves as being here in essence to work as your personal secretary, planning, organizing, and ensuring that the three stages of your civil ceremony, religious celebration and reception are carried out in a clear, simple and manageable way so that you can follow, participate and enjoy yourselves and with a little bit of luck your wedding dreams will all come true. Providing you with the beginning of what we hope will be the first of many happy memories of your future life together.

Romantic Weddings on Crete is a new, young, dynamic company set up in 2012 by Margarita and John. They have both been on Crete since 2005 and have both worked within the Greek tourist sector. They have come to know the mentality, culture, traditions and quirks of this highly remarkable people whom are by nature very warm and friendly. Crete is arguably, the most beautiful of the Mediterranean islands and you may find yourself falling more deeply in love on this Mediterranean island! It has a lot to offer either to the casual visitor or to two doves in love! So, it is not important if you are rich and you demand the highest luxury or you are on a budget and want to keep it simple, we will do our best at ‘Romantic Weddings on Crete’, to turn your day into a day to remember!

HOW MARGARITA AND JOHN MET

Do you remember the film ‘When Harry met Sally’? Well, Margarita and John met each other in the same workplace in 2005, one summer a long time ago; well, at least what seems a long time ago now. After a period of time, depending upon which one you talk too, they became friends through shared experience and suffering, except without the jokes and anecdotes which not quite so soon didn’t turn into joy as they slowly fell in love. 

After a while, they decided to live together and are now testing their relationship even more by working together! John likes to think that he brings the organization while Margarita brings the flare. It’s up to you to see who is right about whom. Perhaps when you meet them you can induce them to also have a ‘Romantic Wedding on Crete’. 

According to John, she fell madly in love with him, pursuing him around the place, as in the film, ‘Fatal Attraction’, except without the rabbit! According to Margarita, they were firm friends who later ended up together because of their mutual friendship and trust. Obviously, John still disagrees, holding to his side of the story!
